As the days get longer and the sun begins to shine, many of us start to think about getting our homes and gardens ready for the warmer weather. With that in mind, we’ve rounded up some of our best-selling products for the Summer…

Barn Paint for sheds, fencing, pergolas, garden furniture, trellis and much more

Our own brand Woco Barn Paint is incredible popular for transforming gates, fences, barns, outbuildings, brickwork, metal work and garden furniture – it really is an all rounder! Barn Paint, a range newly-expanded to include 13 different coastal-themed colour ways, not only improves appearance but also offers excellent protection to a huge number of surfaces. It is low-odour, non-toxic and water based and can be applied straight onto previously painted surfaces, making those garden renovations both easy and safe. It has been expertly formulated to be flexible with the substrate, which reduces flaking and blistering and provides long-lasting coverage.

Lawnmower oils

Many of us pride ourselves on our lush, green lawns, and after a cold Winter they’re in need of some TLC. It is advised to replace your lawnmower oil every 20 – 50 hours of operation, based on your mower’s size and manufacturer specifications. And after months spent in the shed or garage, it’s always worth changing your oil before the first cut of the year.

We offer two different varieties of our Qualube Lawnmower oil, the 30, specifically designed for many lawnmower engines, and the 10W-30, which is recommended for when a multi-grade engine oil is required. Both oils are mineral based and come in your choice of 1 and 5Ltrs quantities.

Creocote

Another of our most popular products, Creocote in ‘Nut Brown’ can be used on a variety of exterior woods, not only to protect and preserve but also to improve grain definition. Although Creocote is similar in smell to traditional Creosote, it’s an oil-based alternative developed to be safer and more environmentally-friendly.

Applied with either a brush or a spray, it’s a product ideal for both the general gardener as well as those in the trade. We supply it in 4L, 20L or large barrel 205L containers to our trade customers.

Chain oils

We supply two different types of chain oil, our Qualube Chain Oil, a high quality lubricant containing a dedicated ‘Anti-sling’ additive, and our Qualube Enviroyl Biodegradable Chain Saw Oil. This environmentally-friendly chain saw oil has special tacky properties and is ideal for all chainsaw, horticultural and specialist forestry equipment. Both are available in 1L, 5L or 25L quantities.

The correct chain oil is essential to lengthen the lifespan and effectiveness of your machinery, and also to reduce power consumption as the lubrication helps to drive the chain.
