Witham Motorsport gets out and about

As the motorsport world has opened up, we have enjoyed attending the return of some great racing events with our drivers and race teams. From classic events to the BTCC and F4 Championships, our support, technical advice and great Motul products are creating some great noise out there…

March

In late March we attended the Speedworks Motorsport Toyota Gazoo Racing test day and also the British F4 test with Abbi Pulling.

April

In April we visited a new Motul Classic Stockist in Bridgnorth, Shropshire, who are Jaguar Specialists and bespoke Classic Car restorers. We are completely rebranding their Garage from Duckhams to the Motul brand.

May

In May we attended the first round of the BTCC and F4 Championships at Thruxton.

At the end of May, we also  attended the Caterham Cars Ltd Open Day at their Gatwick-based showroom. This event usually takes place once a year to display their latest products and cars to Caterham owners and enthusiasts.

On a sunny day, over 500 people attended with 240 Caterham owners coming along with their cars, and we spoke to plenty of visitors about Motul’s products including the brand new Car Care range.

Finally, we also spent the day at the Citroen C1 24 Hour challenge at Silverstone with Patrick & Aimee Watts, who are Motul ambassadors.

June

We had a great couple of days back in June at the first show of the year. The Yorkshire Motorsport Festival took place in Holmfirth, West Yorkshire. With fun for all the family and a historic hill climb, we had a great time showcasing our Motul products to visitors, despite the unkind weather. A big thank you to Andy Ace Harrison for the loan of his Mini Whizz and supporting us on the stand.
