Driver success in mid-season round up

In the UK, our Witham Motorsport business is proud to supply Motul products to a whole host of incredible teams and drivers from Power Boat Racing to the British Touring Cars and the British Formula 4 to Silverstone Classic. We have the very best products to help the enthusiast right through to the British champion enjoy the very best performance from their vehicle whatever the age and type.

We’ve had a great start to the season for our teams and drivers! We’ve been following their progress closely, and here are just some of the highlights so far:

JHR Developments

The team has had a great run of podiums so far this season, with all four drivers having now finished in the top three this season! Most recently, Abbi Pulling scored two third places, McKenzy Cresswell and Matthew Rees second places and Joseph Loake won the Motul fastest lap at Brands Hatch.

Andrew Jordan Motorsport

Andrew Jordan Motorsport made the Miglia top 3 at Silverstone with the Mini 7 Racing Club.

Jonathan Lewis

Jonathan Lewis won at Silverstone in the Se7ens race with Snetterton Speed Shop

Norfolk Mini Racing Team

Two second places and two third places at Brands Hatch for the Norfolk Mini Racing team.

Olly Silcock

After being selected as one of the top 21 drivers to represent the best-of-the-best in Drifting for the brand-new Motorsport UK Drift Pro Championship, Olly  qualified 4th in the main event at Brands Hatch and went on to win the ‘Best Presented Team’ award.

Speedworks Motorsport

Rory Butcher, one of our Motul drivers, secured a podium place for Speedworks Motorsport and TOYOTA GAZOO Racing in the second round at BTCC Snetterton.

Team Enforcer Powerboat

After a 4^th overall at the first round in Torquay, the team battled through a tough race weekend at West Bay to secure another 4^th place. The third race saw a great start, hitting the first turn mark in 2^nd place, but after a tremendous battle with last year’s champion, the team were just beaten into 3^rd place. Unfortunately, the second day saw a blown piston on the boat and the team are now working hard to have the parts replaced in time for Kings Lynn at the end of July.

And a special well done to Nathalie McGloin who we were delighted to see back racing following an operation which put her out of racing for a while.
