Helping customers through the COVID-19 crisis

Dear Customers,
In these difficult times I would like to personally give you a short update from Witham Group regarding the immediate situation around the corona virus (COVID-19).
The health, safety, protection and welfare of our Witham Team is our top priority. At the same time, we are all pulling together and working smart and hard to ensure our business processes and thus the service and supply of our products to our customers continues at the highest level.
To confirm and following all UK Government instructions around social distancing and personal hygiene, the day-to-day operations at Witham Group, (HQ in Lincoln, Soham in Cambridgeshire, and Lowestoft in Suffolk) continues.
As a primary industry manufacturer, Witham Group is committed to fulfil its role within the supply chain to ensure that vital services throughout the UK continue:

  • Hauliers and transport companies keep delivering goods and services.
  • Couriers and food delivery vans get serviced in their 24/7 operations
  • Our agricultural customers and farmers get their land work done ready for the harvest later in the year.
  • The maintenance and servicing of emergency vehicles is available
  • Crucial manufacturing businesses remain open and all processes and systems working.
  • Many of our products are an intrinsic part of the supply of food, medical, emergency and infrastructure services and we are committed to ensure we keep our link strong in the chain.

Witham supporting UK industry
Our supply of key raw materials is in the main, UK based, and therefore the  manufacturing  production of our products, including distribution is working as well as can be expected.
In order to ensure the safety of our Witham Team and following UK Government instruction, all our Team who can or must work from home, are doing so. In these challenging times, now and into the future we are committed to customer service and product supply and we are all available as normal, on email and telephone during our usual business hours Monday to Thursday – 7.00am to 5.00pm and Friday – 7.00am to 4.30pm.
Our sales executives are working from home also but can be contacted on their mobile devices as per normal or through their own email addresses. Please contact them or any of our depots  for product ordering, technical help or delivery enquiries.
Witham Group will, within strict guidelines of safety with our Team, continue our business operations for our customers to keep these essential businesses providing the services the UK requires at this difficult and challenging time.
