Job Vacancy – Marketing & Communications Executive

Trading since 1921, Witham Oil and Paint Ltd is a highly reputable, privately-owned family run business with its Head Office and lubricant manufacturing factory based in Lincoln. We also have trade shops and distribution depots in Lowestoft and Soham. The business is today collectively known as The Witham Group.

We provide our vast range of award winning lubricant and paint products to a wide array of customers. Specialising in agriculture, automotive, haulage and motorsport industries, we also supply many other markets such as engineering, plant machinery, horticulture and marine. One of only 850 companies in the world, we are extremely proud to hold a Royal Warrant to HM The Queen for the products and services we provide.

We now need a new enthusiastic Marketing & Communications colleague to join our successful team and be based at our Lincoln Office. Responsible for helping put together high quality internal and external communications, PR and Media statements, online and digital customer engagement and promoting our online presence, this role is an exciting opportunity for someone with social media marketing experience as well as a business development or marketing understanding . The role is busy and varied, so we need a hard worker who will be proud to help tell our new and existing customers, suppliers and contacts all about what we are up to at both a basic and senior corporate level using a variety of platforms and media.

We require a professional with a head for business, and a desire for success, with outstanding communication skills, both oral and written, along with excellent organisational standards. This candidate has a great opportunity to grow within a well-established and highly reputable organisation. Whilst this is initially a one-year maternity leave contract, the position will be reviewed after 12 months for possible further permanent employment. The role is flexible from a minimum of 3 days a week to full time (5 days).
