New Vacancies at Witham’s Lincoln Blending Factory

Due to expansion, we now need new Lubricant Blending Operators & Technicians to work at our busy factory in Lincoln.

The role involves assisting in the blending and manufacturing of our wide range of lubricant products. As well as receiving full on the job training the role also includes packing of orders, processing and administering stock through the warehouse, labelling, and carrying out a whole variety of other general duties.

We need candidates who are hard working, willing to learn and team players and will to carry out their duties with pride and care, along with ensuring that health and safety and our core values and service standards are maintained at the highest levels.

Sound literacy and numeracy skills, along with a proven work ethic are required for this role and full training is given on the job. We are proud that our  average length of service in the company is over 15 years and there are many opportunities for the right candidates to expand their skills and progress further within the business.
