Vintage Tractors Travel 265 Miles For Charity… On Witham Oils!

In June, nine Lincolnshire Tractor enthusiasts headed to The Beamish Museum in County Durham to raise money for the Lincolnshire and Yorkshire Air Ambulances.

Two support vehicles carried the fuel and service tools, and the various lubricants and antifreeze donated by Witham, should an issue occur. On the 265 mile route back to Louth in Lincolnshire, various stops had been arranged by the team to view interesting areas and meet up with other enthusiasts along the way.

A well-deserved sum in excess of £3,000 was raised. Next year’s plan is to follow the route of the Lincolnshire border – which is approximately 300 miles!

For many years now, Witham Group has supported a variety of causes close to the hearts of our staff, their families or our customers. In addition, we sponsor customers and various causes and projects and events with our oil or paint products, enjoying seeing restorations and transformations take place with a little help from us.
