Witham wins an IIE Award

Businesses throughout Lincolnshire attended The Showroom in Lincoln recently to be recognised for their commitment to student work experience in the county. Witham Oil and Paint Ltd were delighted to be one of the winners of the Education Business Partnership Investors in Education Award
Nigel Bottom. Witham’s Managing Director accepted the award (see photo) after students from Robert Pattinson school nominated the Lincoln oil and paint manufacturer for the quality of their work experience placements.
This is the 2^nd year that Witham have been recognised for their outstanding contribution and commitment to training and development of children and young adults from across the county.
Accepting the IIE Award on behalf of all the staff and volunteers at the Witham Head office in Lincoln, Nigel commented “It’s always an honour and a pleasure to be recognised formally by the EBP  for the hard work, dedication and effort our team puts in. Being able to make a positive contribution to our local students and the youngsters in our community is  very important and we hope we give them a useful insight into the real working environment”
