A premium quality semi-fluid grease designed for centralised lubrication systems. Suitable for anti-friction and plain bearings subjected to high load conditions. Qualube Lithium EP0 can also be used for gearboxes designed to operate with a semi-fluid slumping grease.
Qualube Lithium EP0 can be applied manually, or via a central lubricating system capable of pumping an NLGI No 0 grease. Consult a qualified centralised lubrication system engineer before installation. As with all greases used for the first time, check compatibility with the grease applied previously and if necessary, purge bearings prior to application. Likewise, as a general rule, take care not to over-lubricate and apply the quantity of grease recommended by the bearing manufacturer.
