Qualube Sulphurised Cutting Oil

Qualube Sulphurised Cutting Oil is formulated using high film strength additives to give better hydrodynamic performance than the viscosity would suggest. Qualube Sulphurised Cutting Oil also contains chemically active components which provide good tool life and low oil consumption.

Designed particularly for use in operations of medium to hard severity, Qualube Sulphurised Cutting Oil provides excellent performance under the load, high temperature environment of 'wall ironing' allowing the production of components with wall thickness as low as 0.2mm whilst maintaining dimensional accuracy and preventing 'pick-up'. Qualube Sulphurised Cutting Oil has been developed to meet the requirements of component manufacturers and can be used on all steels, aluminium and cuprous metals. In machining, Qualube Sulphurised Cutting Oil improves surface finish, reduces tool wear, and lowers energy consumption whilst maintaining thermal stability of the component.
