Witham TFR Cleaner

Witham Traffic Film Remover is a Degreaser Detergent containing a blend of surface-active agents, sequestering agents, alkali builders and rinse aid. Witham Traffic Film Remover is a specialised cleaning solution designed for the effective removal of "traffic film" from vehicle surfaces. Traffic film is a thin layer of dirt, grime, and contaminants that accumulates on vehicles as a result of normal road use. This film can include a variety of substances such as road salts, exhaust residues, oil, grease, and other pollutants. Witham TFR is formulated to break down and remove these deposits, leaving the vehicle surface clean and refreshed.

For the exterior cleaning of commercial vehicles.

Removes traffic film, oil and grease. Can be safely used with a hot water pressure cleaner for chassis cleaning and degreasing, product is normally applied with a high-pressure washer.

For vehicle body washing, the detergent control of the machine should be set to give a 1% to 5% solution, or as required. This may be adjusted according to the type of machine, extent of soiling, and other working conditions. If a hot water pressure cleaner is used, optimum performance is at a temperature of 40C.

The solution is applied to the vehicles starting at the bottom and working upwards. Extra care should be taken when washing in strong sunlight. Check the surface temperature, and if it feels hot to the touch, then cool down with water before applying the solution.

After a suitable contact time, rinse thoroughly with high pressure water. For best results, dry all glass with a squeegee or leather after cleaning.

For chassis cleaning, use at 1% through a hot water pressure cleaner at 75 to 85C
